American Corn and Green peas Pulao....

Hello and welcome to my page. Let's make some interesting cuisine today. Its simple, tasty and quick to cook and will be liked by all age groups.

It's American Corn and Green peas Pulao....







You will need :

Rice

America Corn - 1 Cup Boiled

Green Peas - 1 Cup Boiled

1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 Onion - Chopped

1 Tomato - Chopped

2 Green Chilly - chopped


1 capsicum - Chopped

1 Carrot - chopped

1/2 teaspoon red chilly
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt and
Lots of Love :)

Once you are ready with ingredients, just follow simple steps :

In a Pan, heat 2 teaspoon of Oil,

Add mustard and cumin seeds and enjoy its popping,

After its done with popping, add carrot and capsicum and let it cook for a minute


Now add onion, tomato , chilly to it and let your soul enjoy the aroma of flavors.

In a minute add salt, red chilly, coriander powder and spice it up with whatever you want, after-all you are gonna eat it...yeah,,

Mix it properly and add corns and peas.

Now add water. The quantity of water should be double the quantity of rice.


Add rice in it and cover it. Let it cook on sim for about 20 minutes.

Enjoy your pulao with Curd...You will like it...

Quick Breakfast - Bread Poha

Lets cook something simple, healthy and creative today...

Well just like Poha, it is lite, healthy, quick and easy to cook...

Ingredients.


Brown Bread. Cut into small pieces as in pic.

1 Chopped Onion

1 Chopped Tomato

1 Chopped Green Chilly

1/2 Chopped Capsicum

Curry Leaves

Mustard seeds
Bread Pieces

Salt

Red Chilly Powder

2 Spoons Lemon Juice 

Olive Oil

Method:


Getting ingredients is easy, and cooking it is even easier.



*Heat 2 spoons of oil in a Pan and puts some mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it fry.

*Add all vegetables in it and saute it for 2 minutes.

*Add Salt, red chilly powder, pepper and mix it well.

*Now after 1 minute, add lemon juice in it and mix it well.


*Add bread in it and mix it well...

*And your breakfast is ready to serve and eat.
