Quick Breakfast - Bread Poha

Lets cook something simple, healthy and creative today...

Well just like Poha, it is lite, healthy, quick and easy to cook...

Ingredients.


Brown Bread. Cut into small pieces as in pic.

1 Chopped Onion

1 Chopped Tomato

1 Chopped Green Chilly

1/2 Chopped Capsicum

Curry Leaves

Mustard seeds
Bread Pieces

Salt

Red Chilly Powder

2 Spoons Lemon Juice 

Olive Oil

Method:


Getting ingredients is easy, and cooking it is even easier.



*Heat 2 spoons of oil in a Pan and puts some mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it fry.

*Add all vegetables in it and saute it for 2 minutes.

*Add Salt, red chilly powder, pepper and mix it well.

*Now after 1 minute, add lemon juice in it and mix it well.


*Add bread in it and mix it well...

*And your breakfast is ready to serve and eat.
